Abstract
A blower device of the present invention includes an electric motor having an impeller, a housing for accommodating the electric motor having the impeller therein, and a bind member which fixes, to the housing, lead wires which are led out from the motor and which supply current or a control signal. The bind member fixes the lead wires to the housing in any of the following methods: a method in which the bind member is wound around the lead wires and a portion of the housing together, and a method in which both ends of the bind member which is wound around the lead wires are inserted through a through hole formed in the housing. The bound bind member is accommodated in a groove portion formed in the housing.
