Abstract
The present invention relates to the use of compounds of formula (I), wherein R is C.sub.1-C.sub.8-alkyl, unsubstituted or substituted with 1, 2 or 3 radicals selected from the group consisting of halogen, amino, nitro, cyano, C.sub.1-C.sub.4-alkenyl, C.sub.1-C.sub.4-haloalkenyl, C.sub.1-C.sub.4-alkoxy, C.sub.1-C.sub.4-haloalkoxy, C.sub.1-C.sub.4-alkylthio, 5- to 10-membered heteroaryl containing as ring members 1, 2, 3 or 4 heteroatoms selected from oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen, and phenyl, wherein the heteroaryl and phenyl radicals may be substituted for the control of nematodes, a method for the control of nematodes, and a method for the protection of plants from infestation or attack by nematodes. ##STR00001##
