A ceramic powder composition, ceramic material, and laminated ceramic condenser comprised thereof. The composition includes ceramic powders comprising (Sr.sub.xCa.sub.1-x)Ti.sub.yZr.sub.1-yO.sub.3, and a sintering aid, wherein x is between 0 and 1, and y is between 0 and 0.1. The sintering aid is M.sup.a.sub.2O, M.sup.bO, M.sup.c.sub.2O.sub.3, M.sup.dO.sub.2, or a combination thereof. Element M.sup.a comprises Li, Na, K, or a combination thereof. Element M.sup.b comprises Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, or a combination thereof. Element M.sup.c comprises B, Al, Ga, or a combination thereof. Element M.sup.d comprises Si, Ge, or a combination thereof.
