SOLUTION: A model sentence for a question expected to be presented by a user and an answer is prepared so that bargaining or transaction is smoothly conducted among all language as well as English when an individual or a corporation exports/imports the used car or the parts in any country in the world to make a one-touch form wherein only the user has to do is to click. A vehicle status display table is prepared to realize a valuation system wherein an amateur can easily fill in. Exhibition or cancellation of exhibition is free of charge. A fee is displayed by an automatic calculation system. A free overseas exchange which the seller and the buyer responsibly and voluntarily perform can perform without any obstruction while issuing ID pass words to all people using the site for preventing leakage of personal information.
