A plurality of frame members. Each of the frame members have a truncated pyramid shape of successively reduced size. The members are able in one condition, to be stacked one upon the other to form an enlarged truncated pyramid shape box and in a second condition to be nested one within the other. A cover for the uppermost one of the members and a plate insertable in a slot in a wall of the frame member to partition the box are provided.
A toy comprises a set of building blocks of progressively-decreasing sizes each of hollow configuration and open at its opposite ends. Each block is formed with an outwardly-extending peripheral flange at one end and an inwardly-extending peripheral flange at its opposite end, the dimensions of the blocks and flanges being such as to permit them to be assembled in a configuration wherein the blocks increase in size or in another configuration wherein they decrease in size.
An adjustable stepping structure for aerobic exercises comprising a platform upon which the participant places his or her feet, the platform being elevated above a support surface by means of one or more support elements which are capable of being detachably stacked upon each other until the platform is maintained at a selected distance above the support surface, depending upon the skill and physical characteristics of the participant.
A built-up basket including a base plate, and a series of basket rings of different outer diameters connected to the base plate in a stack defining a top-open chamber for carrying things, the outer diameters of the basket rings and the base plate respectively reducing from the top side toward the bottom side, the basket rings and the base plate having a respective outward top flange, the basket rings and the base plate having a plurality of plug holes on the respective outward top flange, the basket rings having a plurality of bottom plug rods respectively fitted into the plug holes on one another and on the base plate.
The invention provides a system for aiding a person in stretching his or her muscles, such as a gymnast. The system comprises a trapezoid shaped base having a pair of pivot grooves formed in a top surface thereof to accommodate adjacent ends of a pair of boards. The spacing of the primary base from the floor or other support surface may be varied by using one or more secondary bases. The various components of the system may be arranged or configured to meet the stretching needs of the user or may be arranged to function as a step for step aerobics. The purpose of the muscle stretching trainer system is to allow for the isolation of muscle groups in order to develop flexibility.
A transport chamber implemented to retrieve a substrate from at least one storage facility that is external to the transport chamber and transition the substrate into at least one processing chamber that is external to the transport chamber is provided. The transport chamber includes a bottom plate having an inner surface that is configured to accept a first O-ring. Further provided is a chamber housing that is defined from a rolled forging. The chamber housing has a top surface, and a bottom surface that is designed to join with the inner surface of the bottom plate such that the first O-ring seal forms a seal. The top surface of the chamber housing is suited to accept a second O-ring seal fastened to the perimeter of the top surface of the chamber housing. The transport chamber further includes a top plate that is configured to sit over the second O-ring seal and thereby form a seal over the top surface of the chamber housing.
