A barrel unit of a pneumatic nail driving device includes a base plate with a pair of hooking lugs. An elongated cover plate is superimposed on and is pivoted to a rear portion of the base plate, and has a pair of pivot ears, a pair of abutment tabs projecting sidewise respectively from the pivot ears, and a pair of shoulder disposed behind the hooking lugs of the base plate. An operating lever has a pair of pivot ears mounted pivotally on the pivot ears of the cover plate in such a manner that the pivot ears of the operating lever slidably and respectively contact the abutment tabs, and a U-shaped clasper pivotally connected to the operating lever. After disposing the clasper around the hooking lugs, rearward pivotal action of the operating lever results in engagement between the clasper and the hooking lugs and subsequently causes tight engagement between the pivot ears of the operating lever and the abutment tabs, and tight engagement between the shoulders and the hooking lugs.
A quick detachable fastener cover structure for a fastening tool comprising on the head of the fastening tool a cover plate, a housing, a pusher rod etc., wherein: the housing is fixed on the cover plate, and is provided with an engaging plate having a locking hoop, the cover plate is provided with a plurality of hooks and tenons; the guide plate is provided with engaging portions to engage the hooks on the cover plate; the guide plate has thereon a hook seat with a back hook and slide grooves to respectively receive the tenons and engage the locking hoop; the pusher rod is extended between the cover plate and the housing in order that it synchronically move with a safe slide rod on the guide plate; thereby a user needs only to simply move the engaging plate to in turn move the cover plate, and the cover plate on the guide plate can be quickly and tightly connected with or separated from the guide plate.
A stapling comprises a nose having a top seat, a nose cover, and a fastening latch. The top seat is mounted on the top of a magazine and is provided with a plurality of retaining portions. A top cover is provided with a plurality of retaining portions and is mounted on the top seat such that the retaining portions of the top cover are retained by the retaining portions of the top seat. The fastening latch is pivoted to the top cover such that a retaining ring of the fastening latch is retained by a holding slot of the retaining portions of the top seat. The top seat and the top cover are securely held together in such a way that they work together to confine a staple which is discharged by the stapling gun, thereby ensuring the accuracy and precision of driving staples.
A nozzle assembly for nailers includes a magazine connected to a body of the nailer and a base plate is connected to an end of the magazine. A nozzle has two grooves with which the two sides of the base plate are movably engaged. A plurality of nail guide holes are defined through the nozzle and communicate with openings defined in the base plate and slots defined in a side of the magazine so that nails engaged with the slots are sent to the nail guide holes to be ejected. Two hooks extend from the nozzle and a cap is mounted on the nozzle by engaging the two hooks with two apertures defined through the cap. Pins extend through the nozzle and are engaged with the base plate.
