1-(5-Phenyl-4-oxo-2-oxazolin-2-yl)-4-cinnamoylpiperazines represented by the formula Wherein R is hydrogen or loweralkyl; R' is hydrogen or loweralkyl; and X, Y and Z each are hydrogen, halogen or loweralkyl. The compounds exhibit anti-depressant activity.
